MENTORING
Mentoring is a way for experienced individuals to advise and guide emerging professionals for their future. Ideally, the knowledge, skills, experiences, and influence of the mentor will assist the mentee in achieving their life’s objectives. The emphasis is on the personal insights and intellectual challenge to be gained through interaction with a mentor.
The mentee will generally lead the relationship, inviting the mentor into their own inner dialogue to assist in working through complex decisions. Our mentors will work with you to achieve your goals.
At the New Silk Roads Global Institute, we provide four mentoring pathways:
Business
For businesspeople who desire to improve business effectiveness or venture into new businesses, especially in the New Silk Road international markets.
Career
For upwardly mobile managers who are interested in improving their career prospects. This option helps managers improve their prospects guided by a mentor.
Post-Graduate Studies
Students who are seeking excellence in their studies and have strong ambition to achieve up to the highest level of education (doctorate).
Transition
This option helps people build resilience and adapt to life changes. Persons may move from one job to another; one phase of life to another; a change in career, or other changed circumstances. This is the option for them.
